Miland integrates in-house design, engineering and manufacturing for indoor and outdoor playground projects, helping maintain consistent quality and efficient delivery. Applicable EN, ASTM and ISO safety standards are considered according to product type and destination market, supported by third-party testing for specified products and materials.
Our manufacturing process covers material preparation, component processing, structural assembly, quality inspection, packaging and delivery. Dedicated assembly areas also support component matching and pre-installation checks, helping identify fit and installation issues before shipment and support smoother on-site assembly.

Main structural materials
- High-strength galvanized steel pipe for anti-corrosion

For steel frames within two floor levels, steel pipes with a thickness of at least 2 mm shall be used;

for floors three & above, steel pipes with a thickness of 2.5 or 3 mm shall be employed.
Plastic components
- food-grade LLDPE (linear low-density polyethylene) raw materials used in Slides and tunnels
- This material is non-toxic, odorless, impact-resistant, and highly weather-resistant, complying with stringent safety standards for contact with children’s products.
Soft packaging and surface materials
- high-density and flame-retardant sponge/ eco-friendly PVC or PU leather materials. They are easy to clean and resistant to wear and scratches. These materials provide soft protection while eliminating fire hazards and harmful substance release
- flooring mat：EVA material, environmentally friendly and non-toxic.
