800㎡ Indoor Adventure and Soft Play Park in Nicaragua
In May 2025, we partnered with our client Luis in Nicaragua to develop an 800㎡ indoor adventure and soft play park in Nicaragua, upgrading a classic soft play concept with Adventure Play attractions. The venue was designed for both kids and adults. As a result, it aims to become a “one-stop” family entertainment destination that performs well on weekdays (families and school groups) and also handles weekend peaks (teenagers, young adults, and corporate team activities).
Market & Positioning for the 800㎡ Indoor Adventure and Soft Play Park in Nicaragua
In Nicaragua, indoor family entertainment is gaining momentum in major commercial zones. Therefore, consumers increasingly look for safe, weather-proof activities. Compared with standard soft play, venues that add “challenge + social sharing” features—such as ropes courses, thrill slides, and bike challenges—tend to achieve stronger repeat visits and higher group-booking potential.
Based on this, we positioned Luis’s project as an Adventure Play and Soft Play hybrid indoor park in Nicaragua: a core naughty castle (soft play structure) for younger children, plus signature high-engagement attractions for teens and adults. In this way, the park can appeal to multiple age groups without losing operational clarity.

- 2D/3D design + revisions: 2–3 weeks

- Packing + sea freight to Nicaragua + clearance: 3–5 weeks(based on contract clause)
- testing/commissioning: 1–2 weeks
key attractions recommended
To ensure a clear “must-try list,” we built the attraction mix around several headline Adventure Play items. Moreover, we chose options that support both excitement and throughput:
- High Ropes Course with multiple routes and difficulty levels
- 360° Cycle (aerial bike) designed for photo-worthy moments and repeat challenges
- Dry Ski Slide for fast throughput and broad age appeal
- Vertical Slide as the thrill anchor attraction
These were integrated with the soft play zone to keep parent sightlines clear. At the same time, we separated high-intensity circulation from toddler/kid traffic, which improves both safety and comfort.
The final 800㎡ park delivered a strong “family and adventure” identity—safe for kids, exciting enough for adults, and commercially optimized for groups and repeat visits. In short, it balances broad audience appeal with clear operational flow.
