Factory Quality Control Before Delivery
Before shipment, Miland carries out factory quality control to check structural alignment, moving-part performance, safety details, and surface finishing. For large playground structures, partial pre-assembly is also completed in advance to reduce installation errors and improve delivery quality.
Large frame structures, such as multi-level climbing systems and spiral slides, are partially pre-assembled in the factory to confirm hole alignment and structural fit.
Moving parts are checked through no-load operation tests to confirm smooth movement and stable performance before delivery.
The structure is inspected with EN 1176 test probes to verify that no pinch points or crush hazards are present.
PU painting, welding details, and soft padding are checked to confirm surface quality, finishing consistency, and protective strength.
