Ship from Zhengzhou China is our standard shipping origin. We ship from Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, China. Henan Miland Amusement Equipment Co., Ltd. is located here. Our factory and team work in Zhengzhou. This city is also our main dispatch point for indoor playground systems, trampoline park equipment, rock climbing walls, adventure courses, and other customized amusement products.

We produce and inspect the equipment in Zhengzhou. After you confirm the order, we start packing and booking shipment. When you approve the design and final equipment list, we prepare the cargo and label each package clearly. We use export-grade packing to protect metal parts, soft play items, and accessories. For example, steel parts use protective film and strong outer packing. Soft items use clean bags and reinforced cartons. Then we arrange shipping based on your timeline and budget. We also share packing photos and loading photos when needed.

We offer several logistics options. You can choose sea freight (FCL or LCL). Some routes also support rail freight. For small or urgent items, we can ship by air. We work with reliable forwarders. They help with container loading, export customs, and documents. Typical documents include the packing list, commercial invoice, and bill of lading or air waybill. If your project needs special certificates or marking requirements, please tell us in advance.
